When bookings open, choose 20, 40 or 60 totes according to available equipment and service capacity. Each standard package includes dollies and 14 calendar days.
You’ll choose actual available two-hour delivery and pickup windows and see the complete price before paying. Standard pickup is two calendar weeks after delivery.
The 60-tote package requires the larger fleet to be acquired, prepared and ready. An inquiry reserves nothing.
Tax and applicable service charges are additional.

Use the reusable totes for your household move, with included dollies for practical handling on suitable surfaces.
You or your chosen movers pack, transport and unpack your belongings. We deliver the rental equipment; packing supplies and household-moving labor are not included.
Fragile items still need suitable wrapping and careful handling. Keep the lids and dollies with your package.

A CLEAR FINISH
Empty totes. One less thing left over.
Gather all empty, closed totes and dollies at the agreed accessible pickup point by the start of your confirmed window.
Remove reasonable loose debris. No washing is required. We’ll collect the equipment and prepare it for its next rental, so you don’t need to store the rental totes after collection.
Routine partial pickups are unavailable. Earlier pickup is free when capacity allows, with no prorated early-return refund.

A few practical answers.
What if I’m not sure how many totes I need?
Tell us about your move and the amount you expect to pack. Packages are 20, 40 or 60 totes, with no individual tote add-ons. The right amount depends on your belongings and how you pack; we do not guarantee that a particular package fits every home of a given size.
Can pickup be at my new address?
Yes. Delivery and pickup can be at different addresses. Each one is evaluated for service area, safe access and available capacity. Delivery and pickup in Glynn are included; neighboring counties have their published per-visit charges. Outside the published area, ask for an owner-approved quote.
What if I need more time?
Seven-day extensions are $29, $49 or $69 for the 20-, 40- or 60-tote package, plus applicable tax and subject to capacity. A request alone does not extend a rental.
What happens if the weather is unsafe?
Safety comes first. We’ll contact you to arrange an acceptable alternative, with no customer weather or safety rescheduling fee. If GIMT cannot fulfill a paid reservation and no acceptable solution exists, the approved full-refund rule applies.
Does an inquiry book my move?
No. We are gathering interest while preparing equipment and service systems. An inquiry does not reserve equipment, a date or a window. Future confirmed bookings require available capacity, accepted terms and full payment.
